In May of 2023, Building #27 at Town Walk was sadly affected by a fire, displacing 21 of our valued residents. We deeply empathize with the loss experienced by those impacted, and if has been a challenging journey for all involved. Yet, through this hardship, we have remained resilient and hopeful.

True to the saying, "when life gives you lemons...", we are proud to announce the remarkable transformation that has taken place. After two years of hard work and dedication, we are thrilled to share that Building 27 has been thoughtfully restored and newly constructed, and we are now pre-leasing 21 brand-new apartments, available for move-in this August.
