  • We welcome cats and small-medium sized dogs (under 50lbs). Max: 2 per apartment.
  • Resident must provide Veterinarian proof of immunization, breed and anticipated full grown weight.
  • Pets are only allowed in buildings 8-12 and 25-28. Pet fees apply. Please call office for breed restrictions and full details.
  • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $100.00
  • Monthly Pet Fee (dog): $50.00
  • Monthly Pet Fee (cat): $25.00
